About the Artist
Based out of sunny Florida, Laura Douglas is a classically trained artist whose primary medium is acrylic painting. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in creating vibrant and textural paintings in an expressionist style. Her current body of work is focused on Florida‘s native bird species. Laura offers commission work and showcases her diverse range of styles, textures, and use of color on social media, sharing short clips of her artistic process and finished paintings.

Commissions
I’m open for commissions! I’ll always be willing to discuss commissions that aline with my goals, style, and form of expression. Bringing your vision to life is the ultimate goal. Commission work will begin with in depth discussions, often including sketches, to determine the final work. Pricing is based on size, time, and materials required. A 50% deposit is required before commission will begin and full payment received before shipping of work. Pricing will include cost of shipping.
